I'm Back!

I am back from my conference in INDY and I had a fabulous time! It was awesome to spend a few days with some of my favorite photographers, sharing tips and tricks about business and shooting more creatively.

I had a blast road-trippin' with my new bad-ass photographer friends Kelly Powers, Jen Badalamenti, and Amy Carroll. We kept each other laughing the whole time, and driving 5 hours seemed more like 2 because we just couldn't stop talking. I love getting to know local artists that share my passion....and I am so blessed to have found this group of talented ladies!

I hardly used my camera while I was in Indy. I think that I mostly focused on having fun and really listening to the speakers instead of shooting so much. Of course, I do a few images to share ...

I also was able to meet the amazing Kevin Swan (one of the masterminds behind Kiss Wedding Books my favorite album company ever!), the uber-talented Anne Ruthmann, my favorite red-headed hottie Bobbi, the adorable Nate and Amanda Reynolds with Turtle Pond Photography, the legendary TimCo, the super-fabulous Garrett & Joy Nudd, and the ultra-hot Brandy & Sticky and many more amazingly talented photographers that I am sure to add to my blog-stalking list. I cannot wait for another get together! OSP West MI plans are back in progress for a later date...so all of you fellow photogs stay tuned for some fun details.
